History

The Northern Rivers Bushwalkers Club was founded in 1976.

A special weekend program of activities and festivity occurred to celebrate the Twentieth Anniversary of the founding of the club on the 23/24 November 1996.

The 40th Anniversary of the founding of the club was celebrated on the 29 October 2016. 

Over 90 members present and past celebrated the club's 40th birthday at South Ballina Beach Resort.
